Even though Surgiwear shall try to deliver the products as per the details/specifications given on the order form by the user, it reserves (in it’s absolute discretion) a right to deliver a similar/alternate product for reasons beyond it’s control and any such action shall not be deemed as bad-delivery.

Surgiwear website cant confirm the price for a product until after your order. Surgiwear shall have right to cancel the order unless the product has not been dispatched or If in any case a product is listed at incorrect price due to human error. In such case Surgiwear notify you for the cancellation and refund for your ordered amount Or you can switch your choice with that product which is listed with correct price. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

3. Even though Surgiwear shall try to meet the date and time of delivery schedule as given by the user in the order form, any delayed/ early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation from Surgiwear. Every order is delivered as per specifications of the product mentioned online.

4. Surgiwear shall have rights to cancel certain orders to avoid fraud as we need verification details some times to verify your transaction. If you are unable to provide those details in certain period then Beauca Saress may cancel your order.

5. Surgiwear reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. Surgiwear reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.
